TLC Woodworks

✨ TLC Woodworks ✨

TLC Woodworks began in 2019 after attending a Christmas craft fair and noticing so many people walking out with quilt ladders. They looked at each other and said, “Hey! We could make those!”

They started with quilt ladders and soon expanded into making a variety of wood crafts — creating pieces they loved the look of and were excited to try.

Thorney handles the building, while Lorri takes care of the finishing and stenciling. She also loves to sew and enjoys making fabric crafts to complement their wood pieces. Since neither of them likes to make the same thing over and over, they’re always looking for something new to create.

They make all sorts of wood crafts including:
🪵 Birdhouses
🪵 Signs
🪵 Nativities
🪵 Churches
🪵 Crosses
🪵 Casserole carriers
🪵 Bread bags
🪵 Plastic bag holders
…and so much more!

Thorney has even started teaching their grandson, Cooper, the art of woodworking. Some of his Carpenter Bee traps are featured in the store — he’s the “C” in TLC Woodworks!

They’re so excited that Karen has given them the opportunity to share their crafts at Homestead Hollow — and we’re so glad to have them as part of our shop family 🤍
