Refund policy

At Homestead Hollow Trading Company, we proudly feature products created by a variety of independent vendors and artisans. Because many items are handmade, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the vendor associated with that item is paid for their product.

The only exception to this policy is if an item is purchased online but is no longer available in-store at the time of order fulfillment. In this situation, a full refund will be issued for that item.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Because many of our items are handmade or small-batch products, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
